The show
Spring Fair is the UK's leading retail trade show, held every February at the NEC Birmingham. It's where retail buyers source home, gift, garden and fashion ranges from over 1,500 wholesale brands, and where exhibitors and suppliers meet the retailers ready to stock what's next.
120+ retail leaders across five content stages. Buying directors, independents, founders and department store teams come to fill their shelves for the year ahead, but they also come to learn what's coming, hear from the people shaping retail, and stand in a room with everyone else who gets it.

Parlane asked...
How can we fit in 3500 separate items to all displayed on the stand and not make it look a total mess? We also need lots of graphical space to show our ranges.
And now here is a big one. You only have two days to build it as we need four days to dress it and we will also need you on site for the full time to help fix everything onto the walls etc.
Did I also mention we need some 70 light fittings stringing and of course work and we also need an overhead lighting rig?
A series of large exterior walls provided the branding spaces to the outside and large amounts of shelving and wall space to the inside with ceiling beams to hold the lighting and tie everything safely together using the smallest area of floor space taken up.
Everything was pre-constructed off site to aid the very tight erection timetable and included starting in the hall and working double shifts from 6AM to 8PM each day to ensure progress was maintained.
