Held biannually at the Koelnmesse exhibition center in Cologne, Germany, it brings together over 8,000 exhibitors and 145,000 trade visitors from nearly 200 countries to showcase global innovations, industry trends, and business partnerships.

After a really successful first event at SIAL we were called back again as part of our 3 year contract to look at the next show.

During the conversations it became clear that a rework of the existing design would be possibly compromised by the new location.

We asked would they look at something that would change the whole game.Would they trust us? A yes came back and we went back to the drawing board to see really what we could do to elevate QMS to the next level of showing their producers premium market position.

Going right back to basics we felt the product should be made centre stage. By designing in new

meat aging cabinets and placing these right at the front under a feature build they became the entire focus for conversations.

Bold use of black and white photography to show Scotland as the source with custom built furniture and fittings combined to bring a real and tangible uplift to the whole presentation.
