The Brief
After delivering the first show in London and the second in Las Vegas we were again trusted to represent Proslide at their most major show. Specifically, we were asked for more AV Content as this had been much admired on the previous shows to create more of a splash.
The Design
Three large cubes allowed for a staff area, meeting room and store whilst providing the opportunity to showcase two large 4m x 4m High-definition AV screens showing the rides in dynamic action. Overhead suspensions and a full lighting plan brought the whole project to life with a really large model display acting as a catalyst for sales discussions.
The Delivery
The whole project delivered with a day to go allowed for a very relaxed start to the show and for a full stand briefing to be conducted. Freighting the complete stand form the UK saved very considerable budget and allowed for the specifying of the two large AV installations. Event staff as usual stayed with the project for all of the open days to make sure everything worked perfectly and to take away the strain from the client by offering any support required.
